Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing personal data collected through the online store www.petparents.com.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”).
The owner of the Online Store and the data controller is BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, at Stefana Batorego 18 / 108, 02-591 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS: 0001127245, NIP: 7011223210, hereinafter referred to as BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o.
Personal data collected by BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. via the Online Store is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), also known as GDPR.
BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. pays particular attention to respecting the privacy of Customers visiting the Online Store.

§ 1 Type of Processed Data, Purposes, and Legal Basis

BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. collects information regarding natural persons performing legal actions not directly related to their business activity, natural persons conducting business or professional activity on their own behalf, and natural persons representing legal persons or organizational units that are not legal persons but to which the law grants legal capacity, hereinafter collectively referred to as Clients.
Clients’ personal data is collected in the following cases:
a) Registration of an account in the Online Store, for the purpose of creating an individual account and managing it.
Legal basis: necessity for the performance of the contract for the provision of the Account service (Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO);
b) Placing an order in the Online Store, for the purpose of executing a sales contract.
Legal basis: necessity for the performance of the sales contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO);
c) Subscribing to the newsletter (Newsletter), for the purpose of performing a contract for the provision of an electronic service.
Legal basis: consent of the data subject for the execution of the Newsletter service contract (Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO).
When registering an account on the Online Store, the Customer provides:
a) email address;
b) address details:
postal code and city;
country (state);
street with house/apartment number;
c) first and last name;
d) phone number.

4. In the case of registering an account in the Online Store, the Client provides:
a) Email address;
b) Address details:
Postal code and city;
Country (state);
Street with house/apartment number.
c) First and last name;
d) Phone number.

In the case of Entrepreneurs, the above scope of data is additionally expanded to include:
a) Company name of the Entrepreneur;
b) Tax Identification Number (NIP).
When using the Newsletter service, the Client only provides their email address.
While using the Online Store Website, additional information may be collected, including:
The IP address assigned to the Client’s computer or the external IP address of the Internet provider,
Domain name,
Browser type,
Access time,
Operating system type.
Navigation data may also be collected, including information about links and references the Client decides to click on, or other activities undertaken in the Online Store.
Legal basis – legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the Rodo), aimed at facilitating the use of electronically provided services and improving their functionality.
For the purpose of determining, pursuing, and enforcing claims, certain personal data provided by the Client while using the Online Store’s functionalities may be processed, such as:
First and last name,
Data regarding the use of services, if claims arise from how the Client used the services,
Other data necessary to prove the existence of a claim, including the extent of incurred damages.
Legal basis – legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the Rodo), aimed at determining, pursuing, and enforcing claims as well as defending against claims in proceedings before courts and other state authorities.
Providing personal data to BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. is voluntary in connection with entering into sales contracts or service agreements via the Online Store Website. However, failure to provide the required data in the registration forms will prevent account registration and account creation. Likewise, placing an order without registering a Client Account will be impossible without providing the necessary data for order submission and fulfillment.

§ 2. Who Are the Data Shared or Entrusted With, and How Long Are They Stored?

1. The Client’s personal data are transferred to service providers used by BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. in operating the Online Store. Depending on contractual agreements and circumstances, the service providers to whom personal data are transferred either follow the instructions of BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. regarding the purposes and methods of processing such data (processors) or independently determine the purposes and methods of their processing (controllers).

Processors. BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. uses service providers who process personal data solely on the instructions of BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. These include, among others, providers offering hosting services, systems for marketing, systems for analyzing traffic on the Online Store, and systems for analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Administrators. BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. uses service providers who do not act solely on the instructions and independently determine the purposes and methods of using customers’ personal data. They provide electronic payment and banking services.

2.Location. Service providers are located in Poland and other countries within the European Economic Area (EEA).

3.Customers’ personal data is stored: If the basis for processing personal data is consent, personal data will be processed by BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. as long as the consent is not withdrawn, and after the withdrawal of consent, for a period corresponding to the limitation period for claims that BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. may raise and those that may be raised against it. Unless a specific provision states otherwise, the limitation period is six years, and for claims related to periodic performance or claims related to business activity – three years. If the basis for processing data is the performance of a contract, personal data will be processed by BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. as long as necessary to perform the contract, and after that, for a period corresponding to the limitation period for claims. Unless a specific provision states otherwise, the limitation period is six years, and for claims related to periodic performance or claims related to business activity – three years.
In the case of making a purchase in the Online Store, personal data may be transferred, depending on the customer’s choice, to the following entities for the purpose of delivering the ordered goods:
Courier company;
InPost Paczkomaty Sp. z o.o. based in Krakow, providing delivery and locker system services (Paczkomaty);
Poczta Polska S.A. based in Warsaw.

4. If the customer chooses to pay via the Przelewy24.pl system, their personal data will be transferred to the extent necessary for the payment to PayPro S.A. based in Poznań (60-327 Poznań, ul. Kanclerska 15), entered into the entrepreneurs register maintained by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, Regon 301345068.

6. If the customer chooses to pay via the PayU system, their personal data will be transferred to the extent necessary to process the payment to PayU S.A. based in Poznań (60-166 Poznań, ul. Grunwaldzka 182), entered into the entrepreneurs register maintained by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000274399, NIP 7792308495, REGON 300523444.

7. If the customer chooses to pay via the PayPal system, their personal data will be transferred to the extent necessary to process the payment to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., based in Luxembourg (22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449, Luxembourg), registered in the Luxembourg trade register under number B 118 349, VAT LU 20212640.

8. Navigation data may be used to provide better customer service, analyze statistical data, tailor the Online Store to customer preferences, and also for managing the Online Store.

9. In the event that the customer subscribes to the newsletter, BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. will send electronic messages to their email address containing commercial information about promotions and new products available in the Online Store.

10. In the event of a request, BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. will provide personal data to authorized public authorities, in particular to organizational units of the Prosecutor’s Office, Police, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, or the President of the Office of Electronic Communications.

§ 3 Cookies mechanism, IP address

The Online Store uses cookies, which are small files saved by BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. on the end device of the person visiting the Online Store, provided that the web browser allows it. A cookie usually contains the domain name from which it originates, its expiration date, and a unique randomly selected identifier. The information collected through cookies helps tailor the products offered by BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. to the individual preferences of users and their actual needs. Additionally, they allow for the creation of general statistics regarding visits and displayed products in the Online Store.
BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. uses two types of cookies:
a) Session cookies: These are deleted from the device’s memory after the browser session ends or the computer is turned off. Session cookies do not allow the retrieval of any personal data or confidential information from customers’ computers.
b) Persistent cookies: These remain in the memory of the customer’s end device until they are deleted or expire. The mechanism of persistent cookies does not allow the retrieval of any personal data or confidential information from customers’ computers.
BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. uses its own cookies for the following purposes:
a) Authenticating the customer in the Online Store and ensuring the continuity of the session (after logging in), so the customer does not have to re-enter their username and password on each page of the Online Store.
b) Conducting analyses and audits of views, especially creating anonymous statistics that help understand how customers use the Online Store, enabling optimization of its structure and content.
BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. also uses external cookies for:
a) Collecting general and anonymous statistical data using analytical tools such as Google Analytics (administrator of external cookies: Google Inc. based in the USA).
b) Displaying the Reliable Terms and Conditions Certificate through the rzetelnyregulamin.pl service (administrator of external cookies: Rzetelna Grupa Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw).
The cookie mechanism used by BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. is safe for customers’ computers. Cookies do not allow viruses, malicious software, or other unwanted programs to infiltrate the customer’s device. However, customers can limit or completely disable access to cookies in their browsers. If such settings are made, it will still be possible to use the Online Store, except for features that require cookies to function properly.
Below are instructions for changing cookie settings in popular web browsers:
a) Internet Explorer browser
b) Microsoft Edge browser
c) Mozilla Firefox browser
d) Chrome and Chrome Mobile browser
e) Safari and Safari Mobile browser
f) Opera browser
BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. may collect customers’ IP addresses. An IP address is a unique number assigned to the device of the person visiting the Online Store by their internet service provider. It is usually assigned dynamically, meaning it changes with every internet connection. The IP address is used by BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. for diagnosing technical problems with the server, creating statistical analyses (e.g., determining which regions the most visits come from), managing and improving the Online Store, as well as for security purposes, such as identifying unwanted automated programs that overload the server.
The Online Store may contain links to other websites. BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for the privacy policy applied on those websites.

§ 4 Rights of Data Subjects
Right to Withdraw Consent

– Legal basis: Article 7(3) RODO.
a) The customer has the right to withdraw any consent they have given to BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o.
b) Withdrawal of consent takes effect from the moment it is withdrawn.
c) Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of data carried out by BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. in accordance with the law prior to its withdrawal.
d) Withdrawal of consent does not result in any negative consequences for the customer, but it may prevent further use of services or functionalities that, according to the law, BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. may only provide with consent.
Right to object to data processing – Legal basis: Article 21 RODO.
a) The customer has the right to object at any time – for reasons related to their particular situation – to the processing of their personal data, including profiling, if BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. processes their data based on a legitimate interest, e.g., marketing of products and services of BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o., conducting statistics on the use of individual features of the Online Store, facilitating the use of the Online Store, and examining satisfaction.
b) Opting out of receiving marketing messages regarding products or services via email will signify the customer’s objection to the processing of their personal data, including profiling, for these purposes.
c) If the customer’s objection is justified, and BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. has no other legal basis to process the personal data, the customer’s personal data to which the objection was made will be deleted.
Right to erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”) – Legal basis: Article 17 RODO.
a) The customer has the right to request the deletion of all or some of their personal data.
b) The customer has the right to request the deletion of personal data if:
a. the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed;
b. the customer has withdrawn a specific consent, to the extent that the data was processed based on their consent;
c. the customer has objected to the use of their data for marketing purposes;
d. the personal data is being processed unlawfully;
e. the personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation under EU or Member State law to which BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. is subject;
f. the personal data was collected in connection with the offer of information society services.
c) Despite the request for erasure of personal data in connection with an objection or withdrawal of consent, BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. may retain certain personal data if their processing is necessary for establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims, or if required by EU or Member State law to which BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. is subject. This particularly applies to data such as: name, surname, email address, which may be stored for handling complaints and claims related to the use of services of BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o., and additionally the home address/correspondence address, order number, which will be retained for the purposes of resolving complaints and claims related to sales contracts or service agreements.
Right to restriction of processing – Legal basis: Article 18 RODO.
a) The customer has the right to request the restriction of processing of their personal data. Upon such a request, until it is processed, it will not be possible to use certain features or services that are related to the processing of the data subject to the request. BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. will also not send any communications, including marketing ones.
b) The customer has the right to request the restriction of processing of personal data in the following cases:
When questioning the accuracy of their personal data – then BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. will restrict their processing for the time necessary to verify the accuracy of the data, but no longer than 7 days;
b. when the processing of data is unlawful, and the Client requests the restriction of data processing instead of their erasure;
c. when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, but is still needed by the Client for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
d. when the Client has objected to the use of their data – in this case, the restriction will last for the time needed to consider whether the protection of the Client’s interests, rights, and freedoms outweighs the interests of the data controller processing the data.
Right of access to data – legal basis: Article 15 of the GDPR.
a) The Client has the right to obtain from the Administrator confirmation of whether their personal data is being processed, and if so, they have the right to:
a. access their personal data;
b. obtain information about the purposes of processing, categories of data being processed, recipients of the data, the planned period for which the data will be stored or the criteria used to determine that period, rights available to the Client under the GDPR, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, the source of the data, automated decision-making, including profiling, and safeguards regarding the transfer of data outside the European Union;
c. obtain a copy of their personal data. The client has the right to request from BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. a copy of the standard contractual clauses by submitting a request in accordance with the instructions in §7 of the Privacy Policy.
The client has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in case of violation of their rights to data protection or any other rights granted under the RODO.

§ 5 Services tailored to preferences and interests (profiling)

Profiling means any form of automated processing of personal data, which involves using personal data to assess certain personal factors of a natural person, particularly to analyze or predict aspects related to their professional efficiency, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, credibility, behavior, location, or movements.
Customer personal data may be processed in an automated manner (profiling), but this will not result in any legal consequences or significantly affect the customers’ situation.
The profiling of personal data by BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. involves processing customer data both automatically and manually, using it to assess certain information about the customer, particularly for analyzing or predicting their personal preferences and interests.
To reach the Customer with appropriate marketing messages through the Online Store Website, BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. uses its own cookies mechanisms to collect information about the Customer’s activity on the Website. Details regarding the cookies used can be found in §3. Legal basis – legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO), which involves tailoring marketing messages to the Customer’s preferences and interests.

§ 6 Security Management – Password

BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. ensures secure and encrypted connections during the transmission of personal data and when logging into the Client’s account in the Service. BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. uses an SSL certificate issued by one of the leading global companies specializing in data security and encryption for internet transmissions.
In the event that a Client with an account in the Shop loses their access password, the Online Store allows for the generation of a new password.
BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. does not send password reminders. The password is stored in the database in an encrypted form, making it unreadable. To generate a new password, the Client must provide their email address in the form available through the “Forgot Password” link, located next to the login form on the Online Store’s account page. The new password will be automatically sent to the email address provided during registration or the last profile update.
BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. never sends any correspondence, including electronic correspondence, requesting login details, especially the access password to the Client’s account.

§ 7 Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy may be subject to change, and BLISS PLAN Sp. z o.o. will inform Clients in advance, at least 7 days prior to any changes.
