PAYMENTS

The following payment methods are available in our store:
• Debit card
• PayPal
• Bank transfer
Online payments are processed through secure payment systems. After placing your order, you will receive an email with confirmation and payment instructions. If you choose bank transfer, the payment details will be provided on the order page and in the confirmation email. We expect payment within 3 days. If payment is not received, the order will be automatically canceled.

DELIVERY

We are committed to ensuring that your purchases reach you quickly and in perfect condition. In our store, the order processing time includes both product assembly and delivery time. For orders within Poland, we cooperate with leading courier companies: InPost, Orlen Paczka, Poczta Polska, DHL, and DPD, while international orders are handled by DPD and GLS.
Depending on the chosen delivery method, the waiting time for your package can range from 2 to 7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking link.
For registered users, tracking the package status is even easier – simply log in to your account and go to the “Your Orders” section.
Each package is carefully packed to ensure its safety during transit. Before accepting your delivery, make sure the packaging is intact. If you notice any damage, signs of tampering, or improper sealing, do not accept the package. In such a case, report the issue to the courier or through the parcel locker app.
