RETURNS

If you want to return a purchased product, you have 14 days from the date of receipt. Simply send us a declaration of withdrawal from the contract. Please note that the returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in undamaged condition. The cost of returning the product is covered by the Buyer.

TO CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE:

1. Download and fill out the withdrawal form, indicating the returned products.
Send the completed and signed form within 14 days from the date of receiving the order:

3. Pack the goods along with the signed form in an envelope or box and return it within 14 days from the day you withdrew from the contract. Make sure to properly secure the products for transport.
4. Send the package by courier or mail to the address provided above.
You will be notified by email about the refund. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the moment the store is informed about the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline may be extended until the returned product is received or proof of shipment is provided.
The refund method depends on the payment method selected when placing the order.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments, those sent at the recipient’s expense, or shipments to parcel lockers.

COMPLAINTS

If you find a defect or damage to the product, you can file a complaint.
Download and complete the complaint form.
Send the completed and signed form to the email address: contact@petparents.dividi.lt
To speed up the process, please attach photos documenting the defect or damage to the product.

To ensure the efficient processing of your complaint, please provide the order number and a detailed description of the defect. We will inform you of the outcome of the complaint within 14 days of receiving your submission. If necessary, we may ask you to return the complained product.
